Event Production · Sydney

The most strategic event still lives or dies on production.

A brilliant concept and a broken run sheet make the same impression: a bad one. Feur Media House produces conferences, launches and brand experiences across Sydney — where the vision meets the venue, the vendors and the clock, and holds.

What we produce

Events built for the room and the record.

Whether it plays to 40 people or 4,000, the production standard doesn’t move.

01

Conferences & Summits

Multi-day, multi-stream programs — plenary staging, breakouts, registration and speaker management run as one system.

02

Product & Brand Launches

The reveal engineered end to end — lighting, sound and stagecraft timed to land the headline exactly when the cameras roll.

03

Corporate & Gala Dinners

Awards nights and end-of-year functions with room design, run-of-show and AV that keep a long evening moving.

04

Brand Activations

Pop-ups and experiential builds produced with the permits, logistics and crew to run in real-world conditions.

05

Hybrid & Livestreamed

Broadcast-grade capture and streaming so the room and the remote audience both get a first-class version of the event.

06

Internal & Town Halls

All-hands, kick-offs and leadership forums produced to the same standard as your external events — because your people notice.

Production capabilities

Everything under one crew.

The full technical and logistical stack of a live event — coordinated by the same team that shaped the brief.

01

Staging & Set Design

Custom stages, scenic builds and branded environments engineered to the venue and the sightlines.

02

Audio, Vision & Lighting

Line-array sound, LED walls, projection and lighting designed for the space — not off a generic kit list.

03

Show Calling & Run Sheets

A single source of truth for every cue and hand-off, called live on the day.

04

Live Streaming & Recording

Multi-camera capture, vision mixing and broadcast delivery for hybrid and on-demand audiences.

05

Venue Sourcing & Liaison

Matching the brief to the right Sydney venue and managing bump-in windows and house restrictions.

06

Vendor & Supplier Management

Catering, furniture, talent, security and transport — you brief one team, not ten.

07

Permits, Compliance & Safety

Council approvals, risk assessments, insurance and WHS documentation handled early.

08

On-Site Event Management

A crew on the floor from bump-in to load-out, so your only job is to be present with your guests.

The run sheet

A show day, minute by minute.

Great event management is invisible. This is a simplified view of the document that makes it look effortless — every phase owned, sequenced and called.

How we work

A process built on precision.

01

Brief & Concept

We define the objective, audience and the one thing the event has to achieve — before a venue or supplier is booked.

02

Design & Planning

Creative direction, technical spec, budget and the master run sheet come together into one production plan.

03

Production & Logistics

Vendors contracted, permits secured, crew scheduled and rehearsals run. Every risk closed off in advance.

04

Show Day & Debrief

We call the show, manage the floor, load out clean — then report on what worked and what the next one improves.

Common questions

Event production in Sydney, answered.

What size events do you produce?
From intimate executive briefings and leadership forums through to conferences and galas of several thousand guests. The production standard and level of accountability stay the same at every scale — only the crew size and infrastructure change.
Do you handle the venue, or do we book it?
Either. If you already have a venue, we design the production around its rigging points, power, access and house rules. If you don’t, we source and shortlist Sydney venues matched to your brief, budget and guest experience, and manage the relationship on your behalf.
Can you produce hybrid or livestreamed events?
Yes. We produce broadcast-grade multi-camera streams and recordings so remote audiences get a genuine first-class experience rather than a webcam feed — and you keep polished on-demand content afterwards.
Do you take care of permits, insurance and safety?
We manage council approvals, risk assessments, WHS documentation and the compliance side of the build as part of the engagement. It’s one of the areas events most often come unstuck, so we close it off early rather than leaving it to chance.
How early should we engage you?
The earlier the better — ideally at the concept stage, so production realities shape the creative rather than fighting it later. That said, we’re used to being brought in on tight timelines and can move quickly when a date is fixed.
Why one integrated partner instead of separate suppliers?
Because the gaps between suppliers are where events fail. When one team owns strategy, creative, technical and logistics, there’s no brief lost in translation and no one to point the finger at. You get a single point of accountability for the entire outcome.
